2. Booking and Payments
2.1 Booking Procedure
To confirm your houseboat booking, the following information is required:

Check-in and Check-out Dates
Advance Payment (Minimum 30% of total fare)
2.2 Booking Confirmation
Once the advance payment is received, a booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp. Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
2.3 Payment Terms
Advance Payment: Minimum 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at the time of Check in. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation without refund.
2.4 Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made through Bank Transfer, UPI, Razorpay, or any other approved method. All transactions must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Guest Cancellations
More than 15 days before check-in: Full refund after deducting service charges.
7 to 15 days before check-in: 50% refund of total booking amount.
Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
3.2 No-Show Policy
If the guest fails to show up without any prior notice, the booking will be treated as cancelled with no refund.
3.3 Refund Timeline
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Applicable taxes or GST will be refunded as per statutory rules.

4. Rescheduling and Amendments
4.1 Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed up to 14 days before the trip, subject to availability.
4.2 Modifications
Changes in the number of guests, trip date, or houseboat category may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
5. Houseboat Usage
5.1 Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Any damage caused will be chargeable. Use of drugs or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Safety Guidelines
Life jackets and safety instructions are provided onboard.
Guests must adhere to safety rules at all times.
Boats N Beds is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or lost belongings.
5.3 Environmental Responsibility
Guests must avoid littering, maintain noise levels, and respect the natural ecosystem of the backwaters.
6. Privacy Policy
By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy, including how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Content Rights
